Just like our weddings, our services and pricing are curated to fit your exact needs and budget. To give you an idea of our offerings, please use the sample proposal below as a starting point. The below sample is for a wedding under 250 guests, located within three hours of New York City, with staffing needs of one lead planner, one lead designer, and one associate planner throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.

FAQs

What is the difference between partial and full planning?

The main difference between partial planning and full planning is time. Partial planning is a collaborative experience where we work as a team and tackle our to-do list together. While you are fully supported throughout the planning process, you’ll also be handling some of the leg work and communicating directly with vendors at times. In full service planning, we handle all of the leg work and are the primary contact with the venue and vendors.

How would you describe the design development process?

Design development is a collaboration where we look at all the things that inspire our couples and then create several different design options that incorporate all of those elements in different but cohesive ways. Over a number of design rounds, we will work together to narrow our focus in on a clear vision that covers every element and detail of the wedding.

Do I pay my vendors directly?

Yes, while we will always assist in contract review and negotiations our clients must sign their own contracts and pay their vendors directly.

How many weddings do you book a year?

We take on a limited number of weddings each year. Because we’re a small team, we never (ever!) want to overextend ourselves. We want our couples to know they have the support of a team that is dedicated to each and every wedding we take on.

Do you book multiple weddings in one weekend?

We are a small boutique company that believes in giving every one of our couples our full attention on their wedding day. We are selective about the number of couples we work with to ensure that we can be fully present for every event, and for us, that means keeping it to no more than one wedding a weekend.

What are your working hours?

We understand that sometimes wedding planning is not a nine to five job, and we do our very best to be as accommodating as possible when our couples need us outside of typical business hours.  With that being said, though, we do ask our clients to be as respectful and flexible as possible late in the evenings and on weekends.  We want to be our absolute best for you, but to do that, we need to take care of ourselves as well!

What is the emergency kit?

We are so glad you asked! As planners, we take a lot of pride in our emergency kit. It is essentially our Mary Poppins bag of magic that contains everything you may possibly need on your wedding day. We are prepared to handle any surprises the day may throw at us from, sewing kits to superglue! If anyone asks, "does someone have...." we've made sure it's in our kit.
